Google Calendar
Members of the Booking module can connect their own Google account. Bookings are then added as all-day events to one Google Calendar the member chooses, kept up to date when a booking changes, and removed again when a booking is cancelled or when the member disconnects. What is accessed, stored and deleted is described in the privacy policy.
Access
Organisations are set up on the platform by the operator. Members of an organisation sign in with the account they were invited with; there is no self-service registration. If you already have an account, sign in.
